Mercury. Not exactly the most entertaining of planets, but certainly one of the most peaceful. With the atmospheric generator setting up a heat and pressure field around where he sat outside the TARDIS, it was actually quite nice.

He had two white wicker chairs and a table set up outside the TARDIS, with a pot of tea and two cups and saucers out.

After all, he had a date arriving.

Well, not really a date.

Just Romana.

Still! No reason not to put a little effort out!

"Never do things halfway, Romana. Got to have all of the fun, all of the excitement!" All of the danger and the heartbreak, sometimes. But she was wearing the locket he gave her. That meant that a good chunk of the heartbreak would be better.

"Clothes first, Doctor!" Romana had to point out in a rush as the Doctor was leading her out of the room. Seeing as it would be Christmas, what with the snow and all, jeans and a t-shirt would hardly be acceptable. And he had mentioned that earlier.
