Dorothy Gale wakes up in an insane asylum and the people who work there say that she's been there for five years after a drug overdose leaving her mind addled. She thinks she's a superhero, thinks she's the legendary Dorothy Gale, and thinks she's traveled in time and space. Over the course of time, she becomes friends with one of the orderlies, who starts to believe her when she talks about the Doctor and her adventures And when the Doctor arrives to save her, will she believe he's real, or just a figment of her imagination?
