The Doctor sat at the pier just near the Hub in Cardiff.

Just relaxing, with a bottle of wine.

The Doctor took a swig, savouring the taste for a moment. "Brilliant. Now we know," he said. "So what are you doing here? -- We doing here, really. The Universe should probably be imploding by now."
