"...Uhuh." Disbelief is plain in his voice, and he glances at Dorothy before walking around to the other side, looking for another car or anything else. He doesn't think this is during a war - if it was the Eugenics War, he thinks there'd be propaganda posters, or government mandates being blared - at least he thinks so, he's not terribly keen on what would have happened in Australia. And he's pretty sure that by World War III, this place would have been leveled.
So it's something else.
