"Oddly groomed?" the Doctor said the words a little louder than he'd intended to. The guard gave them a look, and the Doctor pointed to the "dandy" who had been talking to him.

"Just because I'm not a lace and ruffles sort doesn't mean I'm oddly groomed." He said these words a little louder, to drive home the 'conversation'.

Then, more quietly: "Oddly groomed?"
