He looked around at the space around them. The guards that milled around and obviously saw him as no threat. Well that was their first mistake, of course, they really had no idea who they were dealing with.
The guard glanced towards the Doctor and took a step out towards a panel on the wall. He lifted a receiver and put it to his ear. "Yes ma'am," he said, "he's here. But he's not alone. We'll bring them."
Jack grinned tight lipped over to the Doctor.

There was a loud noise outside of something heavy hitting and locking against something else, and three of the guards came back and surrounded the Doctor, two reaching down to grab his arms and stand him up.
