Morgana's look to the Doctor is diametrically opposite to the one of relief and concern, and lack of propriety he had earlier on the stairs.

This is all about him being a man and insisting she need to be kept safe. It's one thing Morgana has difficulty tolerating, "When you went first, you were nearly killed. Perhaps I will have better luck."

With that, she pulls away from him, and continues up the stairs.
