Jack took hold of the Doctor's shoulders, pulling him above water. He took in a breath, and looked back, where lightning shot from wave to wave. It was an electrical current that should've killed both the Doctor and Jack, but it seemed to settle on a different wavelength.

"Where's it coming from?" he asked.

The mystery overtook the other thoughts in his mind.

"This way."
