He wondered how much of Boeshane's perfection was reality, or just Jack choosing to remember it this way. The Doctor had often spoken so highly of Gallifrey that the sight of the Time Lords were shocking to Wilf, a contrast to the ones he'd imagined through the Doctor's words. And, really, they were almost a shock to the Doctor, he'd nearly convinced himself of their benevolence.

"One step ahead of you," the Doctor said, holding the paper up to Jack. Dangerous Waters Research Bureau, it read, along with a line about being very important and discreet and all that good nonsense. Important to have about, psychic paper. He wasn't entirely certain how he'd survived traveling the universe without it for so long.

"Now! Once in, where do we go?" he asked.
