"Nothing quite like being home," the Doctor said with a nod. He gave Jack a smile. "The TARDIS probably thought you could use it. I know I could use a walk around somewhere I've never been before. Far too many repeated planets, lately. Bout time I landed somewhere new."

He felt a surge of envy for Jack. The Doctor could never go back, not like this. Nowhere would be home for him.

"Come on, then," he said to Jack. "Show me around!"
