"Right, yeah, of course," Jack ducked his head apologetically. He'd let his enthusiasm get away from him, and usually that wouldn't matter or more accurately he wouldn't care. But this was the Doctor and the things that were dear to him. That did matter. It mattered a lot.

He spared the hologram one quick glance and tried to burn the image into his memory. Maybe just seeing it would help him be able to understand.

"Sounds perfect!" Jack said, much more chirpy. "We can even finish that pizza off!" He held his wrist out for the Doctor to place his hand over the vortex manipulator. "On three?"
