Last year at Gallifrey I was the one who screamed out during the panel "SO DOES THIS MEAN WE'LL FINALLY SEE MORE ABOUT THE DOCTOR/TARDIS SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP?" I got no response, he moved on.
Which is as good as a "yes" in my book.
