Everyone appears to have one...

Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

Last Monday I saved the world from complete destruction (+50,000 points). Early last month I completely disapproved of the relationship between [livejournal.com profile] the_corsair and [livejournal.com profile] ibringlife, then snogged [livejournal.com profile] ibringlife while changed into a woman (-8,000 points). Much earlier in the year I fell in love with saved [livejournal.com profile] ambitious_woman from death by the hands of clockwork men (+3,000 points). In the future I will save [livejournal.com profile] abetterlie with the help of [livejournal.com profile] perfectblue (+2,000 points). In early June I made [livejournal.com profile] antigone_grace cry (-5,000 points).

Overall, I've been decent (42,000 points). For Christmas I deserve a new set of warm socks!

Sincerely,
rude_not_ginger

But are they argyle?

You totally rewrote that.

I was hoping for at lest a warm, soft cotton. Something to lounge around in in the TARDIS.

I didn't! It just came up that way! The memes never lie!

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:15 am (UTC)(link)
Lounge around in the TARDIS in your socks?

... in just your socks?

I'm fairly sure the meme does not include clockwork men or disapproving of relationships.

...

...

....

Sometimes.

It can get very specific! Just! Look!

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:19 am (UTC)(link)
Ooooohhhh.

I'm having fun imagining this. How many socks?

I disbelieve you.

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, okay! Well, usually one on each foot. Keeps them both warm!

Don't I have an honest face?

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
You have no idea the delicious images my imagination is conjuring for me right now.

I suppose you have some other way of keeping the rest of you warm...

An honest face, but naughty feet.

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:32 am (UTC)(link)
Were I trendy, I would place an 'O RLY' icon with this reply.

Of course! I'm quite an inventive individual.

Naughty? My feet? I'll have you know, I have the nicest feet of anyone I know.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:34 am (UTC)(link)
... I just bet you are.

Naughty can be quite nice, in the right set of circumstances.

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:53 am (UTC)(link)
You'd be betting to win, that's for sure.

Well, that is quite true. But my feet? They have no other objective but to stay warm, comfortable, and big. They're quite large, I'm afraid.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
I'd ask if I get to find out how inventive, but I think I've tested my lady's patience enough for the rest of this year.

Are they ticklish?

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 04:10 am (UTC)(link)
Well, maybe she's like Santa, you get extra points for admitting you've done wrong?

...

No.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 04:58 am (UTC)(link)
... I shouldn't try that. Probably.

Aww. Not even a little?

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 05:02 am (UTC)(link)
Well, you should always do what you think is best, if you want my opinion.

<-<

A little.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 05:04 am (UTC)(link)
This requires that I think, which isn't always the case.

Yay! But I shall be very good and not tickle.

Much.

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 05:11 am (UTC)(link)
Well, that's...Actually, I'm quite absorbed with our smalltext conversation, so I'm a bit distracted. It's quite amusing. =) (Graphical representation of a smile! !!!)

;-)

(Graphical represenation of a wink! See!)

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 05:14 am (UTC)(link)
Mmm, small text. So useful sometimes.

Do you wink at me, sir?

I might tickle other things. But not feet.

[identity profile] rude-not-ginger.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 05:19 am (UTC)(link)
Isn't it just? It makes for two completely different conversations all at the same time.

I think ... I did.

Look! Look! Another O RLY icon! Followed by the obvious question: What would you tickle, then?

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2006-11-19 05:24 am (UTC)(link)
It really does. An innocent one, and ... well. Other things.

Well now. And what does that wink portend?

An obvious question should provoke an obvious answer. Something a bit higher on the scale of things.
